Walk-ins, cancellations, and what a hot-towel shave includes.
I have not been in before. Which chair?
Marcus for a classic scissor cut, Ivan for a fade, Theo for a shave, Elias for a beard. The desk will say if a chair is booked out.
What does the hot-towel shave include?
Two hot towels, a straight razor, and a cold finish. It is a half hour. A beard sculpt is a different service.
What is your cancellation policy?
Move or cancel a day ahead. A missed chair is charged in full if we could not fill it.
Do you take walk-ins?
Appointments fill the book. If a chair opens, the desk will take a walk-in. Call before you cross town.
